If you are grieving the loss of a loved one,

we invite you to the Touchstone Grief Group at Ascension Lutheran Church.  We will be exploring these questions, as well as the ones that arise in your own heart as you grieve.  We will discuss the touchstones for finding hope and healing, look at the six needs of mourning, dispel some myths about grief, learn to embrace the uniqueness of your grief, and create a safe place to receive support and mourn your loss.
